Apartment #9 is the only one bedroom apartment in this complex. It is on the ground floor, on the west side of the building. The living room, dining room and kitchen are the same as the other apartments; however, the bedroom is extra large and has two closets. Two persons can live comfortably in this apartment. It is handicapped accessible, with a larger than usual bathroom. Maytag washer and dryer is included in the apartment, as is a built in microwave in the kitchen. All utilities paid (including Wi-Fi) except electricity which the tenant pays.

Apartments #1, #3, #8 and #10 are ground floor apartments with a living room, dining room and kitchen plus two bedrooms and 1½bath. These apartments have added privacy and security due to the enclosed glassed-in lobbies. The enclosed lobbies provide extra protection from the weather, increased security, and also assist in controlling utility expenses.
Apartments #1, and #8, which face Robberson Avenue, have a wrought iron privacy fence and gate (see photo).
Apartment #2 has similar amenities as others in the building, except it has an extra shower in the master bathroom. It is on the ground floor and entry is thru the glass enclosed lobby. It also has a wrought iron enclosed patio.
Apartment #4 is on the second floor, has two bedroom units with 1½ baths, and a private balcony.
For each of these apartments, all utilities are paid (including Wi-Fi) except electricity which the tenant pays.

Apartments #6, #11, and #12 are second floor, two bedroom units with 1½ baths. Apartments #5, and #7 are also second floor, two bedroom units but feature an extra shower in the master bedroom. These 5 apartments are equipped with a private laundry room including washer, dryer, and plenty of cabinet space. All utilities paid (including Wi-Fi) except electricity which the tenant pays.
